Project Management | Full-Time | 7–12 Years Experience

Position Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of survey, GIS, and hydrology projects — managing scope, schedule, budget, field and office teams, and client communication from mobilization through final deliverable handover.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience managing multidisciplinary engineering/survey projects, including field mobilization and multi-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across field and office teams.
• Coordinate across surveyors, GIS/CAD, hydrology, and QC teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for project status, risk, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project profitability and manage change orders/scope variations.
• Ensure compliance with QC, documentation, and safety standards throughout execution.
